- Description
- The Navy has a requirement to procure non-recurring engineering effort associated with an upgrade to the T-45 ARC 182 Radio Controller. The Navy intends to award ECP 267 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, to upgrade the T-45 GFE Radio Controller from C-10776A to C-10776B configuration. MDC will be expected to submit a preliminary specification change notice to update the master government furnished equipment list, prepare the technical directive for retrofit of GFE provided kits and update the logistics elements for the upgraded GFE radio controller.
