Description: The National Park Service has a requirement for the priming and painting the interior and exterior of various buildings within Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation area which includes all trim work, taping, masking and application of tarps which will be in place prior to the paint application. One coat of primer and one coat of top coat will be applied. The buildings are identified as follows: Interior and exterior of the Old Satwiwa Building and Old Satwiwa Garage, Exterior of the Native American Cultural Center including sealing the stone work and refinishing the deck, the exterior of Quarters 105, the exterior of the Longhorn and stain the deck, the exterior of the Circle X Ranch House, the exterior of Quarters 110, the exterior of Quarters 114, the exterior of the Solstice Canyon Dorm, the exterior of the Rocky Oaks Collection Building, the exterior of Quarters 102 at Rocky Oaks the deck at Diamond X #901 and the interior of Diamond X #901 including varnishing the vaulted ceiling. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238320. The small business size standard is $12,000,000.00 and the emerging small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. The magnitued for this requirement is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 Award will be based on the best value to the government based on price, qualifications, and past performance on projects similair in nature to this requirement. Interested parties will have 30 calendar days to submit their quote in response to the official Request for Quotation once is it issued. We anticipate issuing the RFQ on or after Thursday, April 29, 2005.
