- DTFAWA-05-R-CM01: CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (CM) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for corrective maintenance on its security equipment. This work will be performed at various FAA facilities within the fifty states and U.S. Territories. All interested offerors must first attempt to download the Request for Offer (RFO) from the FAA's Contract Opportunities Internet site - all documents except for the SF 26 and Section B will be in a read only format. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the RFO should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (202-267-5149) or via my E-Mail address: tammara.morrow@faa.gov . The closing date will not be extended due to mailing delays, if any, of the RFO hard copies. All requests should be submitted to Tammara Morrow and reference SIR: DTFAWA-05-R-CM01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 56121. A T&M and cost reimbursement type contract is contemplated. The solicitation consists of the base year and four 1-year extension periods used at the discretion of the government. Due to sensitive but unclassified (SBU) information contained in Section J-5, the exact location of the equipment will not be provided except to the Offeror receiving the award. The Offeror receiving the award including its subcontractors/teammates must complete and provide the Contracting Officer the information contained in provision H.20, HANDLING OF SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED (SBU) BUILDING INFORMATION, ten working days after award notification.
