Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Exsevier Engineering Information, 1 Castle Point, Terrace, Hoboken, NJ 07030 to provide the Academy a one year contract for acce ss to an on-line database under Freedom Plan. The Freedom Plan is only available from Elsevier Engineering. Award amount is $62,062. The applicable NAICS is 516110 and size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Respones to this notice must be received within two calendar days of the date of this not ice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response is solely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available.
