- Description
- AMOUNT: Approximately 17,283 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 15,486 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 15,950 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within the central business district (CBD) of Nashville, T.N. outside of the flood plain area and easily seen from a major street. The Government currently occupies 17,283 BOMA usable square feet located at 233 Cumberland Bend Dr. under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic, and other factors are supported, including relocation and tenant improvement costs. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN January 1, 2006. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
