- This is to modify the below: Request SPQ for 6 months (NOT one-year) and terms are 35 DARO (days after receipt of orders) to ship material. Call MS. Marty Daniells at 816-823-1325 if questions. Request for Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for a period of one-year. There are 12 National Stock Numbers (NSN?s), which consist of Linseed Oil and Turpentine. Please fill in your offered price on the bid schedule that precedes the Item Purchase Descriptions. Please either fax back your quote to Ms. Marty Daniells at fax # 816-823-3109 or email it to: marty.daniells@gsa.gov Please make sure you fill out clause 52.212-3 Offeror Reps & Certs and return it with your quote. MSDS MUST accompany your offer; please submit an MSDS for each NSN offered on. Please write the NSN # on the first page of each MSDS.
