- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends on awarding a single, firm-fixed price contract for the acquisition of the following noted line items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-05-T-0415. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-02 and DFARS Change Notice 20050323. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a 100% Small Bu! siness Set-Aside. PROTECTOR CABLE, CAST ELASTOMERIC POLYURETHANE; HINGED ACCESS LID; RECESSED STAINLESS STEEL TAMPER RESISTANT HOIST D-RINGS RATED FOR LIFTING PART; DIAMOND TREAD PLATE SURFACE PATTERN FOR ADDED SLIP RESISTANCE; LOAD CAPAICTY 25,000 LBS; 5-CHANNEL ROUNDED DIVIDERS APPROX 4" WIDTH X 4" DEPTH; INTERLOCKING SIDE SAFETY CONNECTORS FOR JOINING PROTECTORS; OVERALL DIMENSIONS APPROX 56.75" LENGTH X 33.25" WIDTH; MUST BE PROVIDED W/MOLDED BASE STOPPER 3.75" WIDTH X 2.75" HEIGHT RUNNING FULL WIDTH (33.25") UNDER THE PROTECTOR AND CENTERED UNDER THE MIDDLE CHANNEL DIVIDER. MOLDED BASE STOPPER MUST BE PROVIDED WITH TWO 5" WIDE SLOTS TO ALLOW TRANSPORTION/POSITIONING BY FORKLIFT. Delivery is 26AUG05.
