Description

The Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for a contractor to provide Medicare approved Position Emission Tomography (PET) related services to their beneficiaries. Services will be provided by the contractor on CPT Code, per-procedure basis. Services must be performed in the Charleston, SC metopolitian area. The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center can not accommodate a mobile unit. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, with a size standard of $11.5 million. The contract includes a base year with two (2) one-year option renewal periods. The total duration of the contract will not exceed 3 years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0208-05 is advertised a full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued o/a 5/3/05. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address.
