Description: The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is developing its requirements for a web-based enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) procurement and contract management system that integrates all aspects of the acquisition cycle, including procurement request preparation, solicitation preparation, and contract preparation, award, administration and closeout. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information to assist the SEC in formulating its requirements, and identify qualified GSA Schedule quoters who are able to meet our requirements.
