Description: NAVAIR has a requirement for engineering and technical services for product integration of ICAP III to initial deploying squadrons. Tasks include review, analyze, recommend corrective action for discrepancies, system failures, degraded performance as well as on-the-job-training for squadron personnel on the ICAP III system. Period of performance will be until material support is accomplished or two years whichever is shorter. NAVAIR intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, NY. This synopsis is for information purposes only. Note 22 applies.
