Description: The National Institute on Aging, IRP, NIH, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with JHMI Parking/Bayview for rental of parking spaces for the period 5/2/05 - 7/29/05. Full-time parking spaces as follows: 284 spaces per month in the Northeast lot, 109 spaces per month in the Triad lot and 15 parking spaces per month in the Boiler lot. Park-time parking spaces as follows: 36 parking spaces per month in the Northeast lot and 15 parking spaces per month in the Triad lot. We will also need an additional 20 part-time parking spaces for June & July at the Northeast lot.
