Description

The USDA, Agriculture Research Services in Albany, California has a requirement for one each Multimode Microplate Reader. Detection modalities include absorbance(UV-Vis), fluorescence intensity (F), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) and luminescence (Lum). Performance: Microplate Formate: 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 384 well Temperature Control: 4 deg. C above ambient to 60 deg. C Wavelength Selection: Monochromator, tunable in 1.0 nm increments. Endpoint Reading: All modes. Kinetic Reading: All modes. Spectral Scanning: All modes. Well Scanning: Abs, FI, TRF, Lum. Absorbance photometric performance Wavelength Range: 200-1000 nm Typical read time: 18s (96-well), 49s (384-well) Fluorescence intensity performance Reading Capabilities: Top or bottom of a microplate. Wavelength Range: 250-850 nm. Bandwidth (Ex, Em): 9 nm, 15 nm. Typical read time: 15s (96-well), 45s (384-well). Fluorescence polarization performance Wavelength Range: 400-750 nm.
