Description

Contractor is to furnish horizontal slicers (power meat cleavers) to various Defense Commissary Agency commissaries. This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract with a base and 2 one-year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 05 April 2005 on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests will be honored (email acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, email address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFP.
