- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey (NAWCADLKE) intends to procure items in support of the P-3 program with SBS Technologies of Eagan, Minnesota. The following items are needed to support the P-3 program Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Norway, case number NO-P-GCY: Industry Pack Modules, quantity of twelve (12), part number IP-1553-STD; Industry Pack Modules, quantity of twelve (12), part number IP-ENET-10BT; Industry Pack Modules, quantity of twelve (12), IP-488; Industry Pack Modules, quantity of twelve (12), part number IP-OCTAL-422. These boards are designed for installation on the Motorola MVME-162 single board computers. These IP Modules will be used to create inboard/outboard circuit cards to be installed in operator workstation units in order to ptovide external interfaces to other equipment within the computers to address component obsolescence. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery for the above listed part numbers shall be fourteen (14) days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery will be best commercial practice. Please reference N68335-05-P-0355 in your quote. NAWCADLKE intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 ? (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. SBS Technologies. is the only supplier that can fulfill the Navy?s requirements. The Government does not own the data rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
