Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 1) 1ea HD-1T Degausser (MFR: Data Security, Inc; P/N: 951-0000); 2) 1ea Extended Warranty; 3) 3ea 6-month Certifications. This is a Brand Name Only request. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a writen solicitation will not be issued. The following numbered notes apply to this acquisition: 22. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be considered for award. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.
