This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. THIS IS A HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM HUBZONE MFG. OR HUBZONE DEALERS SUPPLYING ITEMS OF HUBZONE MFG WILL BE CONSIDERED. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 100 days ARO. A Surge Plan is not required. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
