Description

The instrcuction for the www.rebuilding -iraq.net should read; "You will find the full solicitation for W914NS-05-R-2004 there as PDF document". This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall demolish and remove existing structures and obstacles as necessary and then construct a new 33/11Kv (2* 31.5MVA) in the Al-Mutanabi substation in Najaf Governorate in accordance with Section C. The scope of work includes: all civil work and the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all necessary equipment. All equipment will be new and per Ministry of Electricity standards in accordance with section J. PIF No. GBAGM-007 ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE: 1. In English 2. In U.S. Dollars. 3. In MS Word format with no more than one attachment (two files maximum). 4. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 5. Offers must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 6. Offers may submit more than one proposal. 7. Your email shall include the name of your company and 05-R-2004 in the subject line.
