- SYNOPSIS N00174-05-Q-0071 ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command.? The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWCIHD) has a requirement for 100 delay cartridge actuated initiators (part # 826852-02, JAU 76/A, WB-55) and associated testing services. NSWCIHD intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with Pacific Scientific ? Hollister Operations, 3601 Union Rd., Hollister, CA 95023-9635, as a market review indicates they have the sole capability of meeting NSWCIHD's needs at a fair and reasonable price.
