Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, supervision, approved materials, tools and equipment required to perform parking modifications. The work includes removal of existing trees, topsoil, pavement, storm drains, excavation and fill, and the construction of asphalt concrete pavement parking areas, curbing, walkways, landscaping, storm drains, and incidental related work. THERE SHALL BE NO ELECTRICAL WORK FOR THIS PROJECT, THEREFORE, ANY AND ALL REFERENCES TO ELECTRICAL WORK IN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE CONSIDERED DELETED. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSV). NAICS code for this project is 237310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about April 11, 2005. Quotes will be due on or about April 22, 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation is via the Internet at the NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) website: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil and may be downloaded free of charge.
