- The USPFO Idaho is soliciting competitive proposals, to construct 22,000 Square Foot Addition to Base Supply Complex and renovating a portion of the complex into a Hazardous Materials Pharmacy for the Idaho Air National Guard at Gowen Field, Boise Ai r Terminal, Boise Idaho. Work includes, but is not be limited to: building demolition, site construction, concrete work, masonry walls, brick veneer, steel framing and deck, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead sectional and coiling doors, aluminum wind ows and entrances, metal studs and gypsum board, acoustic ceilings, cabinetry, interior finishes, and specialties. The project also includes heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and lightning systems. A compre hensive phasing plan will need to be submitted and approved prior to issuance of a notice to proceed. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program (ref. FAR 19.1007(a)(2)). The applicabl e codes are: FSC Code - Z119, SIC Code - 1542, NIACS Code - 236 and 237 and the corresponding size standard is $28,500,000.00 average annual receipts over the last three fiscal years. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.3 source selection procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, and Price Evaluation. Prospective offerors must submit a written past performance and a price proposal for project to be considered for award. It is anticipated that the solicit ation will be available on or about 8 April 2005. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit will scheduled after release of the solicitation. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and should register in accordance with the specifications to be provided in the solicitation, prior to attending for clearance to the facility. All information, amendments and questions concerning this solicitation will be electronically posted at the followin g web page: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments to this solicitation.
