Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Tucson, Arizona, intends to make an award for a GED Examiner/Test Proctor for the period of 10/01/2005 through 09/30/2006. The GED Proctor/Test Examiner must have a degree from a college or university at the undergraduate level. Each GED test session will consist of one (eight-hour) session for a total of 28 (eight-hour) sessions per contract. GED test sessions will be scheduled for 14 weeks on dates agreed upon by the Contractor and the Supervisor of Education. Testing sessions for ABLE, Pre-GED, CTBS, SABLE, CASAS, and other diagnostic tests will be scheduled as one (eight-hour ) session for twenty-five weeks throughout the contract period for a total of fifty (eight-hour) sessions throughout the contract period. This solicitation will be set-a-side 100% for small business. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the agency. The anticipated availability of the solicitation will be April 11, 2005.
