Description

This contract contains construction of earthen dike, ditch plugs and swales. Major items of work include: approx.11,150 Cu Yds of earthfill for dikes, ditch plugs, and ditch fill; approx. 6,100 Cu Yds excavation of swales; approx. 2.0 Ac seeding; and approx. 2.1 Ac of clearing and grubbing. The performance time is 55 calendar days (including mobilization). The estimated price is in the range of $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is subject to full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. This solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about April 11, 2005. Interested parties are invited to attend a site showing on Wednesday, April 20, 2005. The site showing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Dillion County Field Office, 106 West Washington Street, Dillion, South Carolina. After a brief meeting a tour of the site will be held.
