Description

DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 79,413 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous on a single floor (first floor is highly desirable), within the city limits of Salinas, CA as set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 69,055 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously Usable square feet) to a maximum of 72,508 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet together with parking to meet local code requirements including one (1) reserved on-site space, for use by Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but in no case later than July 15, 2006. Submissions of build to suit options will also be considered. LOCATION: Area of consideration: Within the City limits of the City of Salinas, CA, however exclusions to potential sites may be determined by environmental qualities unsuitable to teleservice operations. LEASE TERM: Fifteen (15) years, ten (10) firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access is solicited.
