Work includes selective removal of concrete from the existing deck, and subsequent placement of nonshrink grout under and around equipment, and hazardous material identification and disposal. Modification of the existing headgate hoist includes, but not limited to, removal of headgate operator and stems; provide new pedestals and appurtenant equipment; modify existing worm gate gear hoists; reinstall modified worm gear gate hoists bases; provide new stems, new bevel gear drives, new motor operator and connecting shafts; connect new motor operator to power and control. Minidoka Powerplant is located approximately 25 miles northeast of Burley, Idaho, in Minidoka and Cassia Counties.
