Description

The Dept of Surgery, Laser Center, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for 1/ea LADARWave CC Wavefront system Class B and 1/ea Eyepiece w/reticle to include 1 year mfg warranty, on-site installation and training. Delivery FOB Destin ation Bldg 161 Krukowski Rd, Tripler AMC HI 96859. The Govt considers this particular item to be the standard for its type and is currently being used throughout the Army Warfighter Refractor Eye Surgery Program (WRESP). This allows the Army Ophthalmologis t to work with relevant data per the diagnostic test that would allow continuity care of soldiers no matter where they PCS (permanent change of station). The Govt anticipates to negotiate a sole source requirement for a Ladarwave customer Cornea System wit h Alcon Refractive Horizons Inc., 6201 South Freeway, Ft Worth, TX 76134-2001.
