Description: An annual maintenance contract is contemplated. The proposed contract will be for 12 months. Due to properitary rights to drawings, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Advance Overhead Crane (AOC)under the Authority of FAR 6.302(a) (1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids, however, all responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
