- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with DSM Dyneema, 3 Eisterweg, Heerlen PN 6422PN., for 800 linear yards of DSM Dyneema unidirectional for hard ballistic applications UD-HB2. This material is the only one that can meet the governments requirement it has the proprietary materia l that we would like to test and evaluate.
