Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). This notice is set-aside for small business vendors holding a GSA contract for NAICS 334519. The requirement shall be awarded as a FFP order for the following: CLIN 0001 TACMET II, JBPDS, product 102451-A1J1, quantity of 100 each; CLIN 0002 SONIC MOUNT, product 102340-G0, quantity of 100 each; CLIN 0003 CASE, TACMET/SONIC w/DISPLAY PORTABLE, PRODUCT 102210-G1, quantity of 100 each; CLIN 0004, SYSTEM MANUALS, 100 each. Delivery shall be at Destination, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (Edgewood Area) 21010. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for the requested commercial items. Offerors must include a completed copy of the pro vision at Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Applicable clauses to this combined synopsis/solicitation are 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditio ns Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items. In accordance with Part 13.106, a description of the relative importance of evaluation factors is not required. Vendors who are not registered in the Central Contracting database (CCR) prior to award will not be considered. GSA vendors only need apply.
