Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for solicitation number W91ZLK-05-T-0359 is hereby amended to extend due date to March 21 2005 no later than 12:00 PM EST. The following question has been asked. Q.The 15 micron detector pitch specification is negligible when you factor in the optic source utilized with the camera head. For example - a 640x512 coupled with the right optic can provide you the same results as a 15 micron pitch instrument. Can you c larify what type of optic will be used with the imager? A.The imager will be used with a variety of refractive lenses. A smaller detector pitch will allow better resolution when combined with components designed for it, so the 15 micron spec must be met. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-MAR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
