Description

Project No. ZNRE 04-1051, Upgrade HQ USFJ Conference Room, 714, Yokota Air Base, work includes but is not limited to the provision of upgrade of conference room and incidental related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings. Site Orientation is scheduled on 24 Mar 05 at 1330 hrs. Participants will meet at Bldg 620, Yokota Air Base. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this schedule tour. Contracting office will not provide any transportation but escort offerors who do not have Base Pass at Gate 5 from 1300 hours on the date. Individuals who needs escort require Drivers license or Passport. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Prospective offerors who have not previously completed vendor registration are requested to contact Mr Matsumoto at 042-553-8549 for further instructions.
