- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to the Center for Creative Leadership under authority of FAR 6.302 to provide leadership development training using the Skillscope 360-Degree Feedback Instrument as a primary assessment tool. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response period below will be considered by the government in its competitive procurement determination. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
