Description

Furnish complete A-E design services for the renovation of the existing 4th Floor patient ward (Mental Health)to be in compliance with ADA Standards & upgrade utility service to meet current standards. Area of renovation is EST at 15,000 SF & it involves all disciplines for designing the project including asbestos abatement. Phasing requirments must be refelected in the design documents. To be considered for this design, A-E firm must have prior experience with designing Mental Health projects. EST construction cost: Bet $2 millon & $5 million. This is an unrestrictive procurement, pursuant to FAR Sub Part 19.10. NAICS code is 541310. Award is subject to availabilty of funds. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL & THERE IS NO BID DOCUMENTS OR PLANHOLDERS LIST AVAILABLE.
