Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture is seeking proposals from interested parties house approximately 2,350 square feet of net usable office space to house the offices of the USDA Service Center in San Luis COlorado and 13 on-site parking spaces, plus two fenced securable parking spots for government vehicles. Occupancy of the leased space would be required by January 1, 2006. The Government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, and be located within the city limits of San Luis (or within .5 mile of the city limits). The space must be served by city water and sewer. The space must also be fully serviced.
