- NSN: 8340-01-491-1479(s); Modular General Purpose Tent System (MGPTS); Performance Specification; Includes three sizes (Small, Medium & Large); There will be four (4) one year term options included in this acquisition, they are as follows: Basic portion minimum quantity 488 each, maximum quantity 7300 each; Option 1 - minimum 488 each, maximum 7300; Option 2 - minimum 488 each, maximum 7300, Option 3 - minimum 488 each, maximum 7300 each, Option 4 - minimum 488 each, maximum 7300 each; Two destinations, Barstow, CA and New Cumberland, PA with the scheduled delivery period beginning 240 days after date of award to be delivered in 12 monthly increments; This acquisition is being advertised as Unrestricted. See numbered notes 9, 13 & 26, all materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder; Best Value Source Selection is required under this solicitation; the following evaluation factors are incorporated 1) Product Demonstration Model (PDM), 2) Past Performance, 3) Quality Assurance Plan, 4) Socio-Economic, 5) DLA Mentoring Business Agreement and 6) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal; All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Important Note on Foreign Content - The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as "The Berry Amendment" impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and "specialty metals" (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies
