Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to AAF-McQuay Incorporated under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through reference number 4THO17058008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for a McQuay WDC050 Dual Compressor Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller to support large scale computers. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authroity of FAR 6.302. See Numbered Note 2, withthe exception that all information must be received by close of business 3/22/2005, in lieu of 30 days. inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail at brenda.spence@gsa.gov.
