Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with The University of Iowa under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is for Hydroscience and Engineering Center (IIHR) in support of a Science Panel for the Preconstruction, Engineerin g and Design (PED) Phase of the Upper Mississippi River System (UMRS) - Illinois Waterway (IWW) Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program (NESP). This requirement covers NESP - Science Panel activities in all three UMRS Corps Districts responsible f or NESP implementation: St. Paul (MVP, Rock Island (MVR), and St. Louis (MVS). This contract will be in support of the Science panel. Duration of this contract shall be Base year and four (4) Option years. SIC Code 8733, Size Standard is $5.0, Approximate total value of this contract will be from $0 - $150,000.00. This notice of intent is neither a request for a proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
