Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Tucson, AZ, intends to make a single award for a non-personal service contract for a Dental Hygienist for the Health Services Department at FCI Tucson. The contract type is firm-fixed price, requirements. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2005. The contract will require four (one-hour) sessions, to be delivered between the hours of 7:30am and 11:30am, two days a week over a 50- week period, for an estimated total of 400 sessions. Any Dental Hygienist performing under this contract will be required to have all the required state licenses, registrations and certifications. The provider will be responsible for the primary source credential verification. The Dental Hygienist will support the Dentist in such areas as radiology, oral hygiene and exams. Request for Quotation (RFQ) 61503-18-05, will be made available on March 31, 2005, solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizzopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipate date for receipt of quotations is on April 11, 2005. All responsible sources must submit a quote to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response, that if timely received will be considered by the agency. Award of RFQ61503-18-05 will be based on best value criteria.
