Description: Full and open competition. Project title: Rental and servicing of chemical toilets, handwashing stations, and pumping of grey water; Lassen Volcanic National Park, Peak Parking Lot, 38050 Hwy 36 East, Mineral CA 96063. Solicitation Number Q8400050028. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed price quote on the rental, installation and servicing of three (3) ea. chemical toilets ADA approved, three (3) commercial hand washing stations. Toilets and handwashing stations to be cleaned and serviced 3 days per week for 22 weeks, May 16-Oct 14, 2005, and 22 weeks, May 15-Oct 13, 2006. Pump one (1) ea. underground grey water tank 1000 gal. 3 times per week 22 weeks, May 16-Oct 14, 2005, with an option period of 22 weeks, May 15-Oct 13, 2006. Must be on 12-hour notice 7 days per week (NO EXCEPTIONS). Summer of 2005 / 2006, 44 total weeks. Cost to include transportation, installation, weekly rental, cleaning and servicing, and greywater pumping minimum of three (3) days per week for 22 weeks. Option period of May 15-Oct 13, 2006.
