- The Directorate of Contacting at Fort Drum, NY is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to industry for cleaning of oil water separators on Fort Drum, NY. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, an d other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with the testing, pumping, cleaning, transporting and disposal of non-hazardous/hazardous waste material, contained in oil water separators in various facilities at Fort Drum, NY. Awar d will be made on the basis of best value to the government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. The resultant contract will be a five y ear Firm Fixed-Price Requirements type contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 562998 with a size standard of $6 million. Any correspondence concerni ng this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-05-T-0062. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 31 May 2005. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will only be available electronically by accessing either Federal Business Opportun ities at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or the Fort Drum Contracting page web page at http://www.drum.army.mil/sites/directorates/doc-solicitations.asp.
