Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Exterior lighting upgrades to include all design and construction associated with replacing approximately fifty 400-watt heads with 1000-watt heads, including associated circuitry and controls. CONTRACTING METHOD: Two-step design-build. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $350,000. PROJECT DURATION: About 180 days. SIZE STANDARD: $28.5 million in annual revenue. EARLY EXCHANGES: No early exchanges are anticipated at this time, however any changes to early exchange opportunities will be posted to this site. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: On or about March 30, 2005. SOLICITATION DISTRIBUTION METHOD: Exclusively via FedBizOpps electronic postings. No paper documents will be issued. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: GSA desires to have construction completed before October 2005.
