Description

The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida, anticipates awarding three (3), firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for mechanical, open-ended, Architect and Engineering services. Requirement will include preparation of design and construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and construction period services. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) and Emerging Small Businesses. Performance period will be for a maximum of 48 months (one base year plus three option years). Maximum contract limitation (48 months) is $800 thousand. This contract does not include a guaranteed minimum amount. Individual task order limits are $25,000 to $150,000. No solicitation, technical data, or plan holder list will be issued. Interested firms shall submit 5 copies of Standard Form 330 to: Contracting Officer (90C), James A. Haley Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. Firms will be evaluated by a selection board based on their knowledge and experience designing mechanical systems for medical facilities, specifically in the Department of Veteran?s Affairs.
