- Description
- The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Intelligent Energy, LTD for the inspection/refurbishment of a 2kW PEM fuel cell system delivered by Intelligent En ergy for testing under Contract No. DAAB15-03-C-0029. This inspection/refurbishment will include replacement of defective/worn components, update software, and verify proper operation. The period of performance is six (6) months from date of award. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. Responses should be no longer than 10 pages. In addition, responses shall include a complete set of commercial Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. A copy of this clause may be downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov/far/. These Certifications and Representations shall not be included in the total page count.
