- Description
- The work includes a single story masonry structure for the purpose as a free weight exercise room addition to the existing building. The addition consists of pile foundations, concrete foundation, concrete slab, masonry bearing exterior wall, steel roof framing, membrane roofing, aluminum windows, storefront entrances, interior masonry partition, interior finishes, doors, door frames, minor demolition, mechanical system, electrical system, fire protection system, grading, seeding, and incidental related work. The proposed contract is 100% HUBZone Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 23 March 2005. Bid opening date will be on or about 25 April 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation is via the Internet at the NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil and may be downloaded free of charge. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet. The Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, can be downloaded free-of-charge from the Adobe website.
