Description

Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and utilizing Government furnished materials, to construct approximately 4 miles of stock water pipeline with water troughs; and to complete and test approximately 1-1/2 miles of a previously constructed, but not completed, portion of the pipeline. The contractor will have 80 days to complete the project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The cost estimate of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond within 15 days of notification of award. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be available on April 6, 2005. No hard copies will be sent.
