Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, supplies tools and equipment for the installation, relocation and storage of office furniture, accessories and boxed items in accordance with specifications. Services shall include assembly, disassembly and reassembly of workstations, including the relocation of freestanding furniture, accessories and boxed items for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Center, 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, Alabama 35233 and area annex properties, affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), halfway house property within the state of Alabama. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), with four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. RFQ 247-0116-05 is advertised as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns with a NAICS Code 484210 and a size standard of $21.5M. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing this type service will be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
