Description
**MODIFICATION 0001: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hereby cancels Solicitation No. SECHQ1-05-R-0026 for Real Estate Leasing Services posted on November 30, 2004, in its entirety. The requirement will be procured under GSA Federal Supply Schedule program. Additional notices will not be posted.** The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) currently has a need for Real Estate Leasing Services and anticipates an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Services under the awarded contract may include (1) space planning, market surveys, market analysis, (2) fire and safety surveys, (3) leasing, succeeding leases, lease alterations, (4) outleasing, and (5) real property tax reviews and/or appeals. The SEC presently occupies office and related space in 3 headquarter and 11 district offices within CONUS. SEC offices are located in Washington, D.C. (2); Alexandria, VA ; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Fort Worth, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA. Offerors shall submit one proposal for the entire requirement. Offerors must have offices within the geographical areas listed or must establish a full service business office within that geographical area within one month after contract award. The period of performance will be 12 months (base period) and four one-year options. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing. No telephone request will be honored.
