Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS), Aviano AB Italy, anticipates issuing a solicitation, on or about 04 MAR 05, to acquire Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for Aviano AB, Italy. This service will ask the contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide laundry and dry cleaning services for Aviano Air Base. Service shall include pickup and delivery of Government linen in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work (SOW) will be made available in the Government solicitation. This acquisition will be unrestricted as to business size. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320 ($4.0 million). Once available, this solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. The government contemplates award on or about 28 MAR 05, with a performance start date of 1 APR 05. The resultant award will be made on an all-or-none basis to include a basic period of 6 months and four annual option periods. This notice serves as preliminary information and does not obligate the government to award a contract, restrict the government in its ultimate acquisition approach, or obligate the government to pay for proposal costs.
