Description
THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. This work consists of Rental of Hopper Dredge with Attendant Plant and Operators for Maintenance Dredging of Mobile Harbor Chann el, Mobile AL #2-FY05. The primary work location is intended to be Mobile Harbor, however, work at Pascagoula Harbor, Gulfport Harbor, Pensacola Harbor and Panama City Harbor are also possible. The work will consist of removal and satisfactory disposal of material above 52 feet. Excavated material will be transported and deposited into the Gulf Open Water D/A. Hopper Dredge should have pump discharge of 24 to 33.5 inch diameter with all necessary materials, supplies, labor and transportation. Note: The above general outline of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein. THE NO RTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237990. Estimated cost range of the project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
