- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidate Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 13 to provide all parts, labor, materials, travel, and supervision necessary to provide preventative maintenance inspections and emergency service to maintain Government-owned Chiller/Air Conditioning Systems, in good operating condition for the period April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006, or one year from date of award if subsequent thereto, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is set aside for Small Business concerns. NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Types of Chiller/Air Conditioning Systems include, but may not be limited to the following types: York, Liebert, McQuay, Trane, Multistack, and Carrier. Equipment is located at various VA locations including Martinez, California (94553), Mare Island, California (94592), Travis AFB, California (94535), Mather, California (95655), McClellan Park, California (95652). The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items; FAR 52.219-27. Electronic solicitations will be available on or about March 4, 2005 at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-in/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa/wa/solici ation?number HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE FURNISHED. No telephone requests will be accepted. No web-based offers will be accepted. All amendments will be posted on the web page. ALL questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing on company stationery and faxed to Raphelle J. Longrie at (925) 372-2044) or emailed to raphelle.longrie2@med.va.gov. Offerors who submitted offers in response to solicitation 261-0320-04 must submit new offers. Offerors shall be registered in the Online Registrations and Certifications Application (ORCA)at http://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx , show current Central Contract Registry(CCR)and shall furnish evidence of current ORCA and CCR status with offer. Offerors are advised that they are solely responsible for checking the website regularly to obtain ALL amendments.
