Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, a contract with the National Academy of Science (NAS) to identify and evaluate available counterfeit deterrent features for use in United States banknotes. Award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Interested parties should provide information on how their company could satisfy this requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-NOV-2004).
